If you are flying with an Infant then AirIndia wont allow you to do a online web check-in as you need to show prof of age for the infant before you will get the boarding pass.

As there is a separate line for people who have already done Web check-in, They can directly drop the check-in luggage at the Airindia counter and move towards to security check.
